REIMAGINING LEADERSHIP IN AN AI-DRIVEN WORLD 

Second Edition of the MMA–ICT Academy Leadership Lecture Series 

Artificial Intelligence is transforming not only the way organisations operate, but also how governments govern, institutions respond and leaders engage with citizens. This raises a critical question: How must public leadership evolve in an AI-driven world? 

The second edition of the MMA–ICT Academy Leadership Lecture will be delivered by Dr Santrupt Misra, Member of Parliament, Rajya Sabha, and former senior leader of the Aditya Birla Group, whose distinguished career spans business leadership, people management, board responsibilities and public life. 

Drawing on this unique experience, Dr Misra will explore how AI can strengthen public policy, governance, institutional effectiveness and citizen engagement, while also examining the challenges of accountability, inclusion, ethics and trust. 

At a time when technology can enable faster and more informed decisions, the session will address a fundamental question: What should AI assist with, and what must continue to depend on human judgement, responsibility and values? 

Reflecting his belief that leadership must strive for the “greatest good of the greatest number,” Dr Misra will share his insights on how public leaders can combine the power of technology with empathy, creativity and purpose. 

The session promises to be a thought-provoking exploration of AI and the future of public leadership — where technology strengthens governance, but human wisdom remains at its core.
