MMA Legal Edge – Law for Better Management Decisions is a monthly lecture series organised by the Madras Management Association, with the support of Surana & Surana International Attorneys as Knowledge Partner, aimed at providing managers, entrepreneurs and business leaders with practical insights into important laws and their implications for management and decision-making. The series will cover contemporary areas such as labour and employment laws, contracts, corporate governance, legal risk management, intellectual property, competition law, cyber and white-collar crimes, FEMA, mergers and acquisitions, consumer protection, succession and wealth preservation, among others. 

Through expert-led and interactive sessions, the series will seek to demystify legal complexities, enhance managerial awareness, strengthen compliance and enable informed decision-making while minimising legal and business risks.
